1. Where do you ship from?

All products are handmade and shipped from Bulgaria, Europe.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination.

• Europe: ~3–5 business days
• USA & Canada: ~8–15 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Other regions: ~10–25 business days

3. How long does it take to make my order?

Since all items are handmade, processing time is usually 5 business days (up to 10 business days in busy season)before shipping

4. Will I have to pay customs fees or tariffs?

For orders going to the USA, all tariffs and duties are covered by us (shipped DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). You will not receive extra import charges.
For other countries, customs policies may vary. Please check your local regulations.

5. What type of leather do you use?

We use premium Italian vegetable-tanned leather, known for its durability and natural aging process. Over time, your item will develop a beautiful patina that makes it uniquely yours.

6. Do you accept custom orders?

In most cases, yes — I can adjust dimensions or colors to fit your needs. Send me a message through the Contact page to discuss your request.

7. What is your return policy?

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
• Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

8. How do I care for my leather item?

Keep your leather away from excessive water, direct heat, and chemicals. Over time, you can apply a natural leather balm or conditioner to keep it supple and protected.
